Information for speakers, vendors, and exhibitors at VCF Southwest 3.0

We will have six foot tables available. The first table is $15 for both days. Additional tables are $10. 110 volt AC power is included. The tables will be arranged in rows and chairs will be provided. Exhibits are the meat of this event. We hope you can come and exhibit both afternoons.

Note that exhibitors get to attend the events free, so it is a heck of a deal.

There will be a limited number of tables available, so place your reservations soon by emailing us about your intentions and registering at our Exhibitor Registration page

The rooms are available from 5:30 am to 8 pm both days for your convenience in setup and teardown. The tables may not be ready to go that early on Saturday but you will be able to bring stuff in and start getting things unpacked, etc.

Saturday evening we will assemble somewhere to go to dinner in case you are interested. If you arrive on Friday night we might be able to visit the venue and grab a bite to eat as well.

Here is themap to the University Centerat UTA. You will get to the UC by coming from the north down West Street. The parking areas marked "11" and "F12" are Faculty lots, but will be available for you to use on the weekends. The Bluebonnet Ballroom is on the first floor and towards the northeast corner.
